Your Right of Cancellation
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within a period of fourteen days, without needing to provide any reason.
The cancellation period commences on the day upon which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods, and expires fourteen days thereafter.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you are required to inform us by means of a clear statement — for instance, by post or by electronic message:

Your notification must make your decision to withdraw from the contract clear. You may optionally make use of the model cancellation form provided below — although its use is not a requirement.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
Where a cancellation is validly exercised, we shall reimburse all payments received from you — including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your having chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) — without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.
Refunds are generally issued using the same payment method as was used for the original transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you. In no event will you be charged any fee for the refund itself.
We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having returned the goods — whichever is the earlier.
You are required to return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day upon which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to the following types of contract:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly, or whose expiry date would be exceeded shortly;
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery and according to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items;
- Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, if their seal has been opened after delivery.

The Return Process, Step by Step
- Send an email to contact@accord.com stating your order number together with your reason for return.
- We shall confirm receipt of your request and provide you with the applicable return address.
- Pack the item securely — preferably in its original packaging.
- Return the parcel to us within fourteen days of your notification of cancellation.
- Once the goods have been received and inspected, we shall refund the purchase price within fourteen days.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed via the same payment method that was used for the original order. Please be aware that, depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take between five and ten working days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the goods you have received arrive damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within seven days of receipt at contact@accord.com. Please attach clear photographs of the damage together with your order number. In such cases, we shall of course cover the cost of return shipping and offer you, at your discretion, either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
