On this page you'll find every important detail about shipping charges, delivery times, and the payment methods accepted by ACCORD across our home and garden range. The terms set out below form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Charges
All prices displayed on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Any shipping charges are displayed separately during the ordering process, before you finalise your order.

Please be aware: For shipments outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, further customs duties, import VAT, and additional charges may apply, all of which are payable by the recipient. These are not charged by ACCORD, but are levied directly by the customs authorities or the shipping provider in the destination country concerned.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times begin to run from the date of order confirmation, together with the receipt of your payment. Orders received on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for dispatch on the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working day.
If an item is not immediately available, this will be indicated on the corresponding product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure, strikes, or other unforeseeable events — delivery times may be extended. Where this occurs, we will notify you promptly.
3. Shipping Partners
To dispatch your order, we work with reputable logistics companies including:
- Royal Mail
- DHL
- DPD
- Evri
- UPS (for international shipments)
Once your shipment leaves the warehouse, an email containing the relevant tracking number is automatically sent to you, allowing you to follow the status of your delivery online at any time.
4. Delivery Address
Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages or delays that arise from inaccurate address data. Once your order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.
5. Partial Shipments
In some cases, it may make sense to split an order across several shipments — for example, when individual products become available at different times. There is, of course, no additional shipping cost to you as a result.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal
- Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer (where applicable)
We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods — depending, for instance, on the order amount, destination country, or other objective criteria.
7. Secure Payment Processing
All payment transactions are conducted via SSL/TLS-encrypted and appropriately secured connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details entered by you are transmitted directly to the relevant provider — full credit card details are at no point stored by ACCORD.
8. Invoicing
For every order placed with us, you automatically receive an invoice, which we send to you by email. This contains all legally required information, including the VAT amount shown separately.
9. Issues with Your Delivery
If your shipment does not arrive within the stated delivery period, or if the parcel shows visible damage, please contact us promptly at contact@accord.com, quoting your order number. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution without delay.
